California grown avocado oil provides key fatty acids to skin, supporting the fatty acids that make up the outermost layer of skin that help protect from oxidative stresses. Avocados are a good source of vitamins B5, B6, K, E, & C, copper, folate, and potassium.
Shea Butter is an excellent skin conditioning agent – it fights wrinkles through deep penetration of vitamins A & E, helping improve lip elasticity and aiding skin in retaining its own moisture.
Sweet Almond Oil is full of essential fatty acids, particularly linoleic acid, which can help maintain the skin barrier and decrease transepidermal water loss. Its high natural moisturizing factor (NMF) helps skin retain its own moisture, thus reducing dryness and the look of wrinkles.
Organic micro beet and chard "Rainbow Sprinkles" extract is a blend of 7-10 day sprouts that are more nutrient dense than the fully grown plant. It offers a wealth of vitamins K, C, and provitamin A – antioxidants that nourish lips.
